Friends’ approach to good food is based on simplicity. We take the best, freshest ingredients, prepare them well, and cook them simply. Whenever possible, we buy locally from sources where we know the product has been produced, grown or reared properly and our wines are selected to reflect the taste of the grape variety and produced by artisans, usually relatively small producers.
